No Gears Of War 2 after all

Everyone is anxiously looking forward to a sequel to Gears of War and yesterday we reported that print mag Gamepro has a special about part 2. Unfortunately, today we have to tell you that the whole story about a sequel is total nonsense.

"It is complete nonsense," said Rein in a post on the Gears of War forums. "We have not announced a sequel to Gears of War to GamePro or anyone else for that matter."

So, nothing to it so it seems and we'll have to wait for Epic to say something if we want to hear more about a possible Gears of War 2
