No dedicated servers for RAGE?
Rage follows Modern Warfare 2
Variety got hold of id Software's John Carmack who said that Rage probably won't have dedicated server support.
“It’s not cast in stone yet, but at this point no, we don’t think we will have dedicated servers,”
Carmack also said he's happy that Infinity Ward decided to not support dedicated servers for Modern Warfare 2 as that way id Software won't have to do any pioneering on that part:“The great thing is we won’t have to be a pioneer on that,” he says. “We’ll see how it works out for everyone else.”
Carmack believes dedicated servers are "a remnant of the early days of PC gaming"In other news:

At least they told us before it was time to preorder, I wont waste my time looking at any video, screen shots or other content associated with this game.
