We knew that there wasn't going to be any voice chat in Mario Kart Wii. No it seems the text chat is reduced into some standard lines.
Too bad for all those gamers who were looking forward to some lyrical ass whooping with Mario and co.
We really don't care, as long as the superb Mario Kart gameplay stays intact.
