Do you still remember OJ Simpson, the once popular football player-turned-actor that (possibly/ probably) killed his wife and her lover with a knife? He then hired ridiculously expensive lawyers and was found not quilty in a criminal suit. In a civil suit, started by the families of the deceased, he was found guilty and was sentenced to paying $33 500 000 in damages. However, Californian law prevents that pension funds be used to pay for judgments. He could thus continue his costly lifestyle.

Anyway, the same guy is in Take Two's latest game All-Pro Football 2k8 , and players have to be paid for portraiting rights. That sum has now been confiscated and used to pay a part of the damage claim. Too bad for OJ, though he probably won't feel much of it.

Spicy detail: Take Two -as you all know- isn't afraid to 'cross the line'. In the game, there's a team called 'The Assassins' and the team's mascot is waving a knife. You don't have to watch the trailers to guess which team OJ is playing on :)
