Old tracks able to be imported in Guitar Hero 5
This is what Tim Riley said towards IGN, the person in charge of the licenses:
It's something we've wanted to do for a while now. They are separate licenses, so we need to go back and re-license previous content. So, songs from World Tour, songs from the download space, songs from Smash Hits that will technically work in Guitar Hero 5 and Band Hero had to be renegotiated.
To be able to use it, you'll have to pay a small sum of money, since it requires new licenses. 152 of the 158 downloadable tracks of World Tour will also work immediately in GH5. In other news:
