Open beta of MMORPG Archlord started

Archlord, the MMORPG that give you the absolute power, including the power to raise taxes and walk around with bodyguards, will be in the shops this fall.

They want the release to be fluently, therefore the makers now start an open beta that everyone can enter. The only thing you have to do is register and download the installation files.

The official Archlord web site has now started the open beta for anyone to join in and test the upcoming Codemasters fantasy MMORPG. People who wish to beta test the game can go to the game's official web site to obtain their free beta key for Archlord. The game is scheduled to officially launch later this fall.

I got into the Arch lord beta (its 2 weeks from launch FYI), and its a piece of shit. Why am I posting it here? because I also played the GW preview event, and it looks like Arch Lord is just a half assed ripoff. I cant even believe their hyping this game up. Besides the fact that it doesn't look all that great, the controls are crap, the movement is delayed and choppy, its a complete gankfest after lvl 6. If this game came out 5 years ago, I would understand, but today, its just completely unacceptable. After playing games like WoW, GW or really any other decent online RPG I couldn't go back to playing a game like this. I wouldn't play this game for free, and there's no way in hell I would buy it and pay monthly for it.

Unless they have made some serious changes in the past week, this game is garbage. I hope no one gets scammed into buying/pre-ordering Arch Lord. Its just horrible.
