PC Review: Rise & Fall: Civilizations at War

Stainless Steel Studios went bankrupt but that didn't prevent Midway from releasing Rise & Fall: Civilizations at War. However, Anneleen's review does indicate that the game could have been a lot better if the company would have survived.
