Its a good game but yet again Sony are fucking ripping people off,its £29.99 for the PSP and £14.99 for the PS2.

It was published by Rockstar, they are responsible for the price.

I am not a fanboy just because I like what I see when I look at the PS3. I don't talk bad about other consoles like a fanboy would.

If you read my post properly you might understand that im not bitching about Sony but am just giving my opinion on the console and how average it is when all i hear from you is how amazing it is and its going to be able to do so much.

You have said before its going to be much more than just a regular console but you never say why?.

I have written in a lot of detail why im not excited about it but all you have ever said is your getting one as its the only console you can see that you would want to own,there must be a reason.

What does it do that i am not aware of that is so amazing and makes it stand head and shoulders above its competitors?.

First of all, who are you? Why don't you register, or at least leave a signature? How can I otherwise tell what your previous posts where?

The PS3 is a supercomputer by definition, and as such you should be able to use your logical sense what it can do. But just in case, I will name a few examples; video encoding, 3d rendering, browsing the web, even development. Since the PS3 supports a keyboard and a mouse there are many possibilities. If you are just a brainless gamer who do nothing but that, play games, then of course, you won't give a rat's ass about these features.

I do not know what your definition of fanboy is, but it must be somehow strange. As I have mentioned before I do not bash other consoles or fight for my life for the PS3. I have said that I am a PC-gamer by heart, but if I ever decide to get a console, the PS3 is the only viable option for me. See the reasons above for clarification.

If you look at the comments on this site, you see a lot of Sony bashing. But I can't tell one anonymous from another, so they all end up as the same guy in my book. Now, if you have bothered to register, it might be a difference...

I have a PS2 (debug), Xbox and Gamecube. Also own a DS and a GBA. Still, I hardly ever play with them and keep asking myself why I spend money on consoles if I play on my PC 95% of the time :D

oh, and I've got a Sega Megadrive laying around as well :)

Im not saying it wont be able to do all that but it is just a games console and you dont really think all of what you said is going to appeal to the mass market,pretty much all people that are going to get a PS3 will just want a games console and wouldnt even know how to use said features and are going to find the price hard to justify,what i was saying is that 1080p is all i keep hearing like its something amazing when its obviously not and have even read on here a post that the PS3 has 1080p and the 360 doesnt so Microsoft are just bashing Sony,what about Sony saying that 1080p is the only true HD resolution and the 360''s 720p and 1080i isnt HD,is that not Sony bashing Microsoft?.

Dont people get that statements like that by Sony is no different than saying all the people that have brought new LCD's or Plasma's especially Sony tv's have been ripped off when the tv's have HD ready stickers all over them but will only do 1080i at the most which according to Sony isnt HD.

Calling me a brainless gamer is just stupid,i suppose because you play PC games that you are more inteligent,well if you like to think that then carry on.

I do not game on PC's and choose games console instead because i prefer console games and playing with a joypad with my feet up and chilled out,not hunched over a PC desk staring at my little monitor,i also dont like the fact that if you get a game you might not have enough memory or your graphics card might not be upto the job,i like to just be able to turn my console on and put the game in and it work no problems.

In that respect i am a man of simple needs but theres nothing wrong with that and that doesnt make me brainless,i thought forum are for discussion's of various topics and i just joined in with the 1080p thread from last week and for every opinion that agreed with the MS guy there was a reply from either yourself or another saying its just Sony bashing and the PS3 will be great but like i kept saying,no reason as to why the PS3 is great was given,just that it was and thats that.

Like you say brainless gamers wont give a rats arse about theses features you have mentioned and though this might offend some people the majority of people that own just a Playstation are brainless gamers and Sony need to be aware that that is who has made them number 1 in the console wars and ignoring that and aiming the PS3 at a different market (ie yourself) is a dangerous and quite arrogant move,these brainless Playstation loyal's are going to be able to justify the cost.

To answer your final question,yes i do own a 360 which would be why i say how great xboxlive is because i use it alot and it is an amazing service and for me personally cant see the point in a PS3 if its online doesnt keep up with xboxlive and its ease of use and how it all just works,there is so much to do with xboxlive on the 360 with the arcade and the demos and trailers and all the other features it has and then obviously theres the gaming which makes games longevity unrivalled by any other console,halo 2 and gotham 2 both lasted me and my mates a year before we got bored and i still return to halo 2 for the ocassional session.

But before you go calling me a fanboy i also own an xbox/ps2/gamecube/psp and still have my old dreamcast and have had most console before those,i like games and not consoles which means i generally get most consoles because i dont want to miss out on any games,i am a massive tekken fan so will no doubt get a PS3 sometime in the future but wont be running out to get one on launch.

People seem to think its going to be the next best thing since sliced bread but all i think is people will rush out chuck all there money at sony and get mega stressed with worry over the fact that they might not get one on launch and then if they do,they will get it home turn it on and just play the likes of warhawk or gran turismo HD (dont get me started on that).

Its a games console and if you want a super computer then buy a super computer,what are going to use 3d rendering and video encoding for,and no console will ever replace a pc for web browsing.

Just got off the phone with DoubleD who's in Leipzig. He's had a hands-on with both the Wii and the PS3.

Wii ownz major. He's going to get one on launch. It's pure fun apparently (I get the same reaction from all our crew that have played with the Wii up to now).

Concerning PS3: it plays just like the X360 and he didn't like the small controllers (too small for his hands - hands that aren't all that big to be honest)

PS3 plays just like the 360,what a surprise.

Was there really anyone who thought it was going to be that much more than the 360.

I will most likely be having a wii around christmas as it looks like a lot of fun ;-) .

I hear that if you get a PS3 on launch you get a free coffee mug that has written on it,
