PS3 cheaper thanks to 45nm processor?

IBM hits the market with a 45nm Cell BE processor.
This processor is smaller and more effective that its 65nm predecessor, which is the beating heart of the PS3 at the moment. The 45nm processor also reduces the power use with 40%. As a result, they are able to decrease the cooling costs. This processor will soon replace the 65nm in all the new PS3's.
If Sony will reduce its price thanks to the new processor still remains the question.
