PS3 fans rewarded for long wait for Red Alert 3
Posted on Monday, 19 January 2009 by Zembla, source: PS3fanboy.com
It's sad our PS3 playing friends thus far haven't enjoyed the chance to blow up a horde of Soviet tanks with Tanya in Red Alert 3. But according to PS3Fanboy that will soon change.
Whereas Xbox 360 and PC user have had the chance to play the game for months, PS3 fans so far have had to wait. It has been known for a while that a Playstation 3 version of Red Alert 3 was still in the works, but details came along only sparingly. Information now surfaced Electronic Arts will be launching an Ultimate Edition of the game for PS3. This edition would feature added extras to compensate for the longer wait.
Since the source of the news is the game being listed on the EA Store's website, details are still a little fuzzy. What is known though is that this edition will offer various bloopers of the actors involved in the cut-scenes, and amongst others a Girls of RA3 featurette in HD. The "how much?" and "when?" questions so far remain unanswered.
