The effect of Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots on the sales figures for Sony's PS3 hasn't lasted for long. Media Create has released the sales figures for the week ending june 22nd and Sony only managed to sell 20,336 PS3 units, compared to over 75.000 last week.
On a more laughable matter, the Xbox360 managed to get sold 2,555 times which is like... almost three times less than Sony's nine year old PS2 of which 6,346 units got sold.

Hmm so Sony's block buster game, their "biggest" game since the launch of the PS3 has performed poorly in their hometown. Interesting.
That was me. Also the Japanese are crazy buying so many of the PSP, what do they even play on that thing? monster rancher or some other game only the Japanese would obsess over.
