PSN reaches 60 million
Sony Entertainment announced at CES 2011 that their Playstation Network has reached 60 million users.
Last year at CES that number was still at 38 million, while in June it had risen already to 50 million.
Of course, this is the free version we're talking about and not the new PS+ service. In comparison, Microsoft has announced also at CES that they've got 30 million Xbox LIVE users, but seeing that Silver hardly gives any benefits, most of those will be Gold subscribers.
