PSP2 rumours surface yet again
While only just yesterday we were still reporting about the next refresh in the PSP line, the PSP-4000, it seems that those nasty PSP2 rumours just wont die.
Even though Sony Entertainment and connected sources keep denieing the rumours spread by others, they keep reappearing more frequently.
Taking a turn this time is industry monument and rebel David Perry who launched a new wave of rumours on his Twitter page. Perry has been known to be very direct and not likely dance around the point and that is clearly noticeable in his update:

I hear Sony FINALLY has the PSP 2. And thank goodness, they've removed the stupid battery-sucking UMD disc drive. I'm excited!
GameDaily.biz got a hold of the man and he added this to his statement."I've been (for a long time now) calling on Sony to move with the times. I love the PSP, I just wish they'd learn from the mistakes and move forward. I'm really tired of new versions being baby steps, or more color changes. I can't reveal my sources, but you can be certain there's no UMD, which means fully digital online device, and you know I know people."
I hope he's right.In other news:
