Painkiller expansion delayed for US

Over at the Dreamcatcher Forums is word that Painkiller: Battle out of Hell has been delayed for the US

Well, the demons of hell have had their vengeance... there's been some nasty glitches at the replication facility, meaning we're not going to get this game shipped on time as planned today.

The revised ship date is now Nov. 22 (though I'm hoping we'll actually be able to get it out on the 19th).

I don't really understand it as it's gone gold for Europe already...
