Just wanted to satisfy all the Perimeter Fans out there.
I just had a chat with Anatoly Subotin, PR manager at 1C, and he told me why the game's release was delayed. They have been working on the balance of the units for the last year. Every unit in the game has a counter-unit now. They are also working on a BattleNet-like system to ensure an optimal gaming experience. Beta testing should start at the end of this year.
I'm looking forward to it!
