Times Online got some chatting time with Sony Entertainment boss Kazuo “Kaz” Hirai and he revealed some important info on the upcoming Playstation 3 motion controller which is lovingly dubbed 'The Wand' or 'Magic Wand' by the fans and creators.
Apparently, they might just beat Microsoft and Project Natal when it comes to releasing first because while Natal is coming 'somewhere in 2010', Sony's Wand is coming next spring.

We are slating it for spring of next year. One of the things is that we just don't want to put out the controller. We need a great software that supports the controller at launch. It's something that we've been working on for the longest time.
