Prey 2 will be original but very different
Human Head Studios founder and Prey 2 developer Chris Reinhart has shed some more light on what Prey 2 will look like. And that's surprisingly less like Prey 1 than you might think.

We took players to The Sphere and gave them gameplay they hadn’t seen before in a first-person shooter, although afterward I had a number of people come up and talk to me and say, ‘This is interesting, why has someone not done this before in a game?’ We want the exact same thing with Prey 2.
Not only the gameplay needs to be original, also the characters are supposed to surprise. The lead from the first game is still preesnt but this time the new Killian Samuels will be getting all the attention. He's a prison guard and a sheriff and will show off plenty of Parkour-tricks. Yup, just like in Mirror's Edge.Prey 2 will arrive next year on PC, PS3 and X360.
