Probably second Unreal Mod contest

Mark Rein of Epic wants to keep a second 'Make Something Unreal' contest. The previous time it made a small success of the Red Orchestra mod and it put the makers on the developers list.

"People ask me 'will there be another NVIDIA $1,000,000 Make Something Unreal contest?'" he told CVG. "Sure, we'll round up some sponsors again and hopefully have another big, huge mod contest."

He expects spectacular results from something like that, because of the technical progression with the Unreal Engine 3. The engine is used by Gears of War and UT2007, amongst others, and developers like Midway, Bioware, Atari and Silicon Knights have taken a licence.
