Thief 3: Deadly Shadows is already the third installment of the legendary stealth shooter-franchise Thief. The first two episodes were developed by Looking Glass, but because that studio had to shut down, Ion Storm is now developing Thief 3.

We've already seen quite a few screens of the game, with this year's E3 and all, but now it's time for some live action footage in this third trailer.
