Today word got out that Stormfront Studios, makers of LotR: Two Towers, has closed shop.
The company was having problems getting publishers for their newest projects for some time already and it seems that they couldn't keep going anymore.
Stormfront Studios has existed for almost 20 years and was responsible for movie-based games like Eragon, Spiderwick Chronicles and Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers. Especially the latter was worth checkin out. The company was also the mind behind the original Neverwinter Nights.
Stormfront Studios employed 33 people, who will be looking for a new job now.
