RTS on next-gen consoles with Digital Reality

Posted on Saturday, 24 September 2005 by FroFro, source: Fragland
Digital Reality has signed a contract with publisher CDV, to develop multiple RTS-games for de next-generation consoles.

They didn't say a thing on how to handle with the mouse-to-controller conversion, but they díd say to deliver better graphics and to listen to the demands of the public. But can anyone say a developer that doesn't promise those things?

Rts on consoles, even next-gen <<<<<<<< rts on PC. Just look at some of the ports of Red Alert and StarCraft, simply horrible if you want to control that with a gamepad.

with all the usb connectors on these consoles, why they don't support a simple usb keyboard + mouse setup makes me wonder why

the only game i found compatable on the PS2 with a mouse was Silent Scope

This could work out, at least since the PS3 has support for mouse/keyboard.
