Red Dead Redemption delayed

Arriving one month later

Take2 has announced its latest financials and one of the more interesting tidbits is an updated release date for Rockstar Games' Red Dead Redemption.

Red Dead Redemption from Rockstar Games is now planned for release on May 18, 2010 in North America and May 21, 2010 internationally

The game was set for release end of April which would still put it in the second quarter of the company's fiscal year. With one month delay it's now in Q3 but whether the delay is for financial reasons or for further polishing is yet unknown.
