The PS3-Launch game, Resistance: Fall of Man, has known great success in Japan and the US and we 'lucky' Europeans get a somewhat altered version, improved if you will. Next to a bunch of smaller enhancements, Insomniac has also created two new multiplayer modes for the European release.

First up is Team Conversion which is some sort of survival where each team member only has a limited number of lives. Next is Assault where you (once again) have to terminate all enemy forces and destroy their reactor.

Furthermore Insomniac also said that they have planned an update somewhere in May which should make it possible to play against players all over the world.
