Rock Band 2 coming to Wii in October

People with Nintendo's Wii console are anxiously waiting for Rock Band 2 in the version of their beloved white console but that waiting seems to be coming to an end.

EA, MTV and Harmonix have announced it will become available for European Wii owners in October. No specific date has been mentioned, though.

The Wii version will be compatible with the instruments of the Beatles: Rock Band and the previously released Rock Band version. EA also announced that the amount of available songs will surpass 250 in 2010 thanks to weekly updates.
