Rock Band 3 price drop
Last year in October Rock Band 3 got reasonably positive reviews despite music games - and most of all Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock- went through a bad time. The latter series even got halted until further notice.
Harmonix at the time stated that they were sad to see a fierce competitor go down the drain but that they would do their best to keep the honor of the genre high. To promote their Rock Band games a bit more, Electronic Arts today announced a price drop for Rock Band 3. The X360-, PS3- and Wii-version of the game can now be bought for $20.
Rock Band 3 was most of all praised for its tracklist. In total 83 songs are present from such artists as Ozzy Osbourne, The Cure and Bob Marley. Through the Pro Mode you can even learn to play real life guitar, bass, keyboard or drums. The Rock Band-catalogue also offers about 2600 downloadable songs.
