Rockstar opens a new studio in London

Rockstar Games, division of Take-Two Interactive, is planning to open a new development studio in London.
Although we know where, it is not known which games will be developed there.

According to recent job openings displayed on the company's official website and elsewhere, the firm is setting up the internal development studio at its Kings Road address, and will add London to its existing development studios, continuing Rockstar's habit of creating its titles almost solely with in-house developers.

More development studios mean more games i guess? Or do they only do it to run away from lawsuits? Does "Bully" ring a bell?
