SEGA still happy with Vanquish day 1 sales
Although the game didn't really make big waves when entering the UK Sales Charts, Sega's Mike Hayes (boss of Sega West) is quite positive about how the game is doing.
No official numbers about sales for the game have been disclosed, but according to SegaBits, only 47.000 units for PS3 and 9.000 for X360 were sold in Japan last week. In comparison: the latest Naruto sold 72,000 copies on PS3 and 13,000 on Xbox 360 on day one over there.
"It's been in the marketplace for two days, we've seen the day one numbers and we're reasonably encouraged, but I think we need to see the rest of week one and probably week two just to see how it's going to play out,"
