Sam Fisher going after Best Buy

Sam Fisher (out of all the names that guy's parents could have picked) has sued Best Buy after an employee dropped a 27" TV on his head.

We're curious whether the accused can spend enough time in the shadows to outrun a possible Conviction (pun intended).
