San Andreas AO-rating: Part Deux
The actions of Leland Yee seem to make the Hot Coffee mod in San Andreas a real scandal. After Yee’s verbal attack on the ESRB, this institution is opening an investigation to these hidden mini-games.
The main goal is to find out whether the games were pre-existing code, as it seems to be the case, or were added by the mod itself.
Patricia Vance, president of the ESRB, stated
Rockstar alerted the press that is was aware of the ESRB investigation, and respects and acknowledges its authority, but that the company is also confident that the current rating will uphold. The company further denies that the Hot Coffee code was included in the original game.
