Sega announces Sega Rally
Good news for all you rally-lovers. Sega has recentely announced that it is working very hard on a new episode for their rally series and that the game will appear on both nextgen consoles and on PC.
In Sega Rally you'll be able to drive in all sorts of cars, ranging from 4WD to 2WD and classic cars. Revolutionary will be the way tracks change during the race. For instance if you leave skid marks, those marks won't dissappear during the next lap.
Aside from the singleplayer campaigns you'll also be able to take on real-life opponents in splitscreen or multiplayer mode. Sega Rally is due for release in 2007.

Player's rallying skills will be tested to the limit as aside from the sleek motors on offer, Sega Rally also offers players an advanced AI that takes into account the racing surface to adapt their driving style to suit. Single player and multiplayer split screen, along with online capabilities will offer race fans an unbelievably competitive and first class driving experience.
