Sega will publish Armored Core 4.
The vagueness of release dates has an all time number one with 3D Realms's "when it is done" but Sega sure comes in second place. Today it announced that it will release Armored Core 4 (developed by the same team that did Chromehounds) somewhere during Spring 2007. Which feasibly gives Sega a four month window to play with release dates. The game will make an appearance on the PS3 en Xbox 360 consoles.
