Gamespot UK has spoken to the people over at Rebel Act Studio's who are currently busy developping Codemasters' upcoming 3rd person game Severance : Blade of Darkness[BLOCK]The main character differences are in the weapons. The Dwarf uses a hammer or an axe in one hand with the shield in the other. For the knight there is a lot of difference in the various armours he wears. The barbarian is a heavy weapons specialist, with two-handed axes and swords. The Amazon is very agile and uses spears and the bow to hunt. Every character can use whatever weapon they like, but if they stray outside their specialities, they're not very skilful - the Amazon isn't much good with the barbarian's double-handed sword, for example[/BLOCK]
