... a free game if you're living in the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, Finland or Sweden. You'll need to sign up for full year though.

You may choose from Forza Motorsport, Conker: Live and Reloaded and Dead or Alive Ultimate. If you're one of the first 200 to register for Xbox Live now, you'll get all three games.

Hey, but what about Belgium, Denmark, Norway, Spain and France? Instead of a free game they receive a free Halo 2 skin for their green console. I'll leave it up to you to judge wether one of those games or the skin is better...

Here is the official website related to this action (and apparently 'Avataan' and 'Avattu' are the Flemish words for respectively 'Unlock' and 'Unlocking').
