In the Japanese computer entertainment magazine Famitsu there was an announcement about a DS version of the popular SimCity games. EA will try to port SimCity 3000 to the system and will off course make great use of the touch screen and the stylus.
An official announcement for a European or an American version has not reached us yet but it is surely on its way... We hope...
And out of left field comes word that Electronic Arts will be porting a version of SimCity 3000 onto Nintendo DS, a seemingly perfect fit for the stylus and touch screen combination. The Japanese release date in Famitsu is listed for winter, and attempts to confirm the information with Electronic Arts here in the states were met with silence. An official announcement is expected soon, however.
