Sin 2 still alive?

A while ago Ritual Entertainment announced that they couldn't find a publisher for the fps Sin 2. They even had a graphical engine working but it didn't help them much.
Now EvilAvatar reports of some kind of teasersite. Did Ritual forgot to clean it up or has the game found a publisher now? We'll hopefully get more info soon.
