Singleplayer demo of WH40k: DoW - Dark Crusade available!
While the full version will add two new races (Tau and Necron), this demo only allows you to play two singleplayer maps with the Tau (one story mission on a snow map and one skirmish desert map). A tutorial is available too.

You don't need the original game installed to be able to run this demo (the retailversion of Dark Crusade also won't require DoW), just these system specs:
a. Minimum spec:
- Windows® 2000/XP * DirectX 9.0c (included on disc),
- 2.0 GHz Intel Pentium 4 or equivalent AMD Athlon XP processor *
- 512 MB RAM * 980 Mb free hard drive space
- 32 MB DirectX 9.0b compatible AGP video card with Hardware Transform and Lighting
- DirectX 9.0b compatible sound card, 16-bit * Keyboard * Mouse.
b. Recommended:
- 2.4 GHz Intel Pentium 4 or equivalent,
- 512 MB System RAM (required for 8-player multiplayer games).
- nVidia GeForce 3 or equivalent with 64 MB of Video RAM.
