Skate DLC: yes or no?
EA has confirmed to Eurogamer that they will not offer downloadable content for their game Skate. This news arrives after the previous statements from EA Black Box producer Scott Blackwood in wich he expressed that they didn't want to ask a lot of money for small extra's.
However, when people mentioned the lack of female skaters in the game, Blackwood did mention the fact that you will be able to download something in the future.
Right... They should do it for free as well then.
"[We're] not planning any new content for Skate 1 ... We didn't want to go back and ask [people] for more money to get more shoes and shirts. That's not how we wanted to enter this market."
However, when people mentioned the lack of female skaters in the game, Blackwood did mention the fact that you will be able to download something in the future.
"when we do it - and we will - it's going to be done very well"
Right... They should do it for free as well then.
