A magazine, called Xbox360ism, has published an article that lets the leader of Capcom Research & Development talk about the current situation at Capcom.

The magazine was especially curious of the release of Resident Evil 5. Keiji Inafune said he hopes to release the fifth part of the popular game on the Xbox 360 and on the PlayStation 3 at the same time. But it is not sure if this will be possible, because Sony still hasn't given a date for the release of their new console. The Japanese guy also unveiled that Resident Evil 5 will contain an extended multiplayer mode. Unfortunately, he didn't want to say anything more about it.

Inafune also said Microsoft asked Capcom a while ago to make a Xbox 360 exclusive with a Japanese touch. The company refused the offer without doubting, because they don't want to give the impression they prefer one certain console.
