Sonic Unleashed better than latest Sonic?

The recently announced Sonic Unleashed has nothing to do with the weak Sonic the Hedgehog for PS3 and Xbox360. That's what Yoshihisa Hashimoto, lead designer of the game at Sonic Team, is saying.

Yoshihisa Hashimoto: Sonic Unleashed leans more to the older Sonic Adventure games, and are more meant for gamers that used to love playing these titles.

We hope for a glorious return of Sonic, so tend to believe the guy is speaking the truth.

LoL...so they're describing their own game as weak? well, at least they're honest. Rather spend my money on MGS4, GT5, Haze, GTAIV, SFIV, Tekken 6, etc... you know...games I know will rock, because the developer actually believes in the titles... Odd new strategy Sega's using here...harpoon a game before it's even released lol.
