In an interview with Gamedaily, Bandai Chief Producer Daisuke Uchiyama stated that both the Tekken and Soul Calibur teams are working on new games in their respective series.
No official unveiling of the game has been done yet so there's no further news is available, but I'm sure lovers of sword fighting on console will be happy at least to hear a new Soul Calibur is in the works :)
