Namco Bandai Games has recently announced that they will release the next game in the Soul Calibur seriers, being SC: Legends, excusively for Nintendo's Wii. Despite of what you're thinking (or maybe hoping) the game won't be a 'one-on-one' beat-'em-up but a 3rd person action adventure.

This means you'll have to slash your way through hordes of enemies and bossfights with the Wiimote and nunchuck. In the end it all comes back to the quest for ultimate power, allthough Bandai has revealed that the fighters will have a common goal this time. Fans can expect some new heroes to play with but the old ones like Ivy and Siegfried (see artwork) will be present as well.

Soul Calibur Legends will be released some time coming winter.
