Spider-Man goes ultimate another time!

Not much to tell about this one; Ultimate Spider-Man, the latest in the Spider-Man series, where our heroic spider-buddy goes cell-shaded, is only in the shops for a short while, but the successor has already been announced.

The game, which is (how original!) called Ultimate Spider-Man 2, will be released in June 2006, and of course the publisher is Activision.

Diablo III and Starcraft 2 to be announced soon?

While there are some minor issues with the news post (I've seen worst) I was actually refering to Activision. It seems video game companies love to put words like final and ultimate which are supposed to mean the end or last of a series and yet they dish out multiple sequals. (Final Fantasy IIX?)

i belive Sandman and Kraven is in Ultimate Spider-Man 2... u see posters of kraven in the city and a Sandman sampel(?) is stolen. I think Venom is going to help Spider-man face Sandman. But we will see.

i think you will have the same free play mode with spidey/venom but this time the character option in the unlockables sections it will be a character select letting you chose between any character in the game and cose from the same characters to fight (chosing to fight someone is optional).
