The French publisher Ubisoft announced that the newest descendant of Splinter Cell, Double Agent that is, will also make his appearance on the Nintendo Wii.

The new controller will offer new possibilities in the game. Examples are opening locks, knocking down a guard,... There are enough situations where the use of the controller can be implemented.

Before you start cheering, we want you to know the game will have some shortcomings. The biggest one: the multiplayer mode is cancelled. Hopefully they will add some extra levels to make up for this loss.

The Wii version will be available a little later then his big brothers, but they expect to release it this year.
