Square-Enix to charge for FF XIII demo?

Nomura has told Dengeki though that the Final Fantasy XIII demo may be sold separately some time after Advent Children: Complete's release.
Eventhough the demo is 90 minutes long and quite big to make available through PSN, actually selling a demo seems a step too far in my opinion. On the other hand: GT5: Prologue isn't much more than a demo either, right?
