Star Trek Online back in development?

After Perpetual Entertainment went out of business, the future of Star Trek Online looked pretty grim, but it seems there is still some hope for the Star Trek fans!

The website of this MMORPG has been brought back online with the text "Coming Soon". The question is who is now in charge of development. Could it be some ex-developers who made a new company or did they sell the license to some unknown developer/publisher? Let us hope we get some more info soon.
