Star Trek Online starts Season 2, reduces price
Atari and Cryptic have just launched the second season of their MMO Star Trek Online and to give that some additional appeal they've decided to lower the price of the retail game to $20.
The update, in full called The Season Two: Ancient Enemies, brings the level cap to 51 and has new ranks for both Klingons and Federation.
Of course there's also more: new ships, rewards and gear. Also the Special Task Force and Fleet Action missions get a high level version and 8 new episodes can be played for the Klingons. Those that prefer to play with a less big head can enjoy a new diplomacy system with the Federation which allows to approach newly discovered civilizations with a soft touch.
The Episodes start in August and afterwards we can wait for a mini-game that will mimic a casino.
