Star Wars Lightsaber game coming
On the Hollywood & Games Summit in LA, LucasArts has uncovered a little secret. They finally admitted the development of a Wii-game where the light saber forms the main event.
He also mentioned more information becoming available this fall, but it's unclear if he's talking about LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga, which will be available in stores around that time.
We at Fragland are still hoping for a first or third person 'wii-mote-swing-game'. Who knows, perhaps a fourth part in the Jedi Knight Series?
In response to a question from session moderator N'Gai Croal of Newsweek asking: "What would it take to make a light saber game for the Wii?", Ward, who is President of LucasArts and a Senior VP at Lucasfilm, commented:
"We’re all over that, and internally we have already played a light saber game on the Wii. It’s a lot of fun, and we’ll get there."
