Sucker Punch newest First Party Dev for Sony

Sucker Punch is mostly known from the Sly Cooper franchise, and more recently the InFamous series.
This is Sony's 16th (!!) studio that will be making exclusive titles for the Playstation3 (4?) and the Playstation Vita. A good tactic, or a waste of money? SCE WorldWide Studios' Shuhei Yoshida for one said the following:
