Surprise: new Tiger Woods PGA Tour coming up

Earlier, Electronic Arts already announced that they were still standing by Tiger Woods, despite his personal problems, and today came word that Tiger Woods PGA Tour 11 will be released this coming Summer.

EA Sports has announced Tiger Woods PGA Tour 11, cementing the company's plans to continue their relationship with the golf pro. The game is due out this summer for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii, and iPhone.

The company further announced that the beta for Tiger Woods PGA Tour Online has now opened up:

Players can invite others to join the beta using Facebook, and to give feedback to the developers. The beta includes the usual features you'd expect from the franchise, including golfer progression, sponsorships, and pro shops, along with a daily score to beat.

To enter the open beta, you need your EA.com login and download the Unity browser plugin.
