THQ and Activision-Blizzard go to court over box art
I guess this should win a price for being the lamest court case of the year.
THQ has filed suit against Activision-Blizzard because the latter apparently has used identical artwork elements for SCORE International Baja 1000 as THQ did for Baja Edge of Control.
Anyone even heard of these games yet? THQ is claiming to have spent A LOT on marketing already:

According to the publisher, it has so far spent over $1 million to market, advertise, and promote the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 title
I wonder where all that money went to... maybe in setting up this lawsuit? They really want to get every last buck out of it seems:"If Activision is not enjoined from its impending release of the Activision Game bearing the [similar packaging art], THQ will suffer damages in an amount as yet unknown, but in excess of the jurisdictional minimum of this court and to be determined at trial," says THQ in its complaint. "THQ also would be entitled to Activision's profits from the sale of the Activision Game..."
